Winter 2020 Clinic Schedule

This week I am beginning my second term of Senior Internship at Pacific College of Health and Science. I am so excited and grateful to have two shifts of treating patients at our on-site clinic.

I have had several of you reaching about about my availability and how to book with me. The easiest way to schedule an appointment is to call Pacific College’s Clinic at (619) 574-6932 and request an intern appointment with Cassie Dominach. The receptionist will be able to let you know which days and times I’m available and allow you to book over the phone.

I’d love to answer any questions you guys have about this process, so here are some others I’ve had so far.

“What does an ‘intern treatment’ mean?”

An intern treatment is a one hour acupuncture treatment performed by a senior intern who is in their final year of studies at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. We work under the supervision of a Licensed Acupuncturist throughout the treatment. Our supervisors are often also instructors at PCOM and successful Acupuncturists who run their own practices as well. Supervisors help develop each treatment plan for patients, and will check in with patient’s progress as well.

“What services do you offer?”

Acupuncture, Herbal Consult (herbal formula prescription), Cupping, Gua Sha, E-Stimulation, Chinese Food Therapy, Lifestyle Advice.

“How much does it cost?”

The initial appointment is $44, and return treatments are $39. We do run specials and promotions, so be sure to ask the receptionist about the most current promotions available to you.

“How often should I come in, and for how long?”

A detailed treatment plan will be provided for you at your initial appointment. Weekly treatment is most common, but individual cases will vary.
